Software Quality Analyst II (Manual Testing)

Location: Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania; office-based or hybrid

Salary: From 2800 EUR gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience.

What you will do

• Design and execute test strategies, test plans, user scenarios, and manual test cases for new and existing features.
• Perform regression, smoke, sanity, and exploratory testing to validate product stability.
• Identify, document, track, and communicate software defects to support efficient resolution.
• Collaborate with development and product management teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Set up and manage complex test environments aligned with project requirements.
• Contribute to the automated testing strategy by identifying areas for automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM engineering discipline or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in software quality assurance.
• Strong understanding of QA principles, methodologies, and the software development lifecycle.
• Proactive ownership of product quality, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to create test cases and plans when requirements are incomplete or ambiguous.
• Foundational knowledge of test environment setup, configuration, and troubleshooting; strong written and verbal English.
