QA Implementation Analyst (JavaScript)

What you will do

• Follow testing steps to validate the initial technical setup of client implementations.
• Investigate implementation issues and troubleshoot problems from both high-level and detailed perspectives.
• Assess technical health and identify areas for improvement.
• Make recommendations based on assessment results and maintain a strong focus on client success.
• Own, prioritize, and deliver work in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

• Experience working with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to make recommendations based on results.
• Experience working with business partners to maintain usable data and reports.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure and deliver.
• Strong communication, collaboration, self-management, and learning skills.
• BA, BBA, BS, or equivalent education.

Nice to have

• Experience with high-volume queues, SaaS, or technical software implementations.
• Experience developing or executing technical requirements for software development or SaaS implementations.
• Experience writing or maintaining documentation.
• Knowledge of quality assurance processes and methods or experience providing QA services.
