What you will do
- Detect and investigate fraudulent accounts using risk tools and transaction data.
- Analyse transaction reports to identify anomalies, assess risk exposure, and support operational decisions.
- Process KYC profiles, review alerts, verify payment methods, and apply customer due diligence procedures.
- Conduct Enhanced Due Diligence reviews for high-risk customers and request additional documentation when required.
- Maintain accurate case records and audit trails while presenting investigation findings and collaborating with colleagues.
- Meet productivity and attendance targets in a fast-paced operational environment.
Requirements
- Experience in fraud detection, risk operations, AML, compliance, gaming, fintech, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of KYC and EDD processes, document verification, and high-risk customer requirements.
- Strong analytical skills for reviewing large volumes of transactional data and identifying meaningful patterns.
- Excellent attention to detail and disciplined case management and record-keeping.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to present investigation findings across functions.
- Comfort working to productivity targets in a fast-paced operational environment.
