What you will do
- Evaluate and optimize the performance of multiple gaming brands to drive growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Analyze business data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities, then provide actionable strategic recommendations.
- Design and maintain KPI dashboards and reports using Tableau, Looker, or similar data visualization tools.
- Develop common procedures and best practices for the commercial team and establish knowledge-sharing frameworks.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align brand strategies with company objectives.
- Present insights and strategic updates to senior leadership and advance the use of innovative analytical methodologies.
Requirements
- Experience developing and executing strategies that improve brand performance and business growth.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Experience managing teams or leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable results.
- Experience creating and maintaining knowledge-sharing frameworks.
- Deep understanding of gaming trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, including the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Nice to have
- Experience with Python or other programming languages.
- Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, or predictive analytics.
- Experience with advanced analytical frameworks or emerging technologies.
