What you will do
- Design and architect end-to-end banking solutions on the platform.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
- Lead solution implementation projects from design through deployment, ensuring delivery quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and quality assurance professionals on solution roadmaps.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship, conduct solution reviews, and identify optimization opportunities.
- Configure modules, document architectures, manage stakeholder communications, and support pre-sales activities.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience implementing and configuring the platform.
- Proven expertise in banking and financial services solution architecture.
- Experience with scalable technical solution design, system integration, APIs, and data management in banking environments.
- Experience managing complex implementations and applying project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of banking regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards.
Nice to have
- certification or formal training credentials.
- Experience leading technical teams or mentoring junior architects.
- Background in change management and organizational transformation.
- Experience with multiple banking system implementations and migrations.
