Senior Java Software Engineer (DaVinci)

Location: Remote from Minsk, Belarus

What you will do

• Develop high-quality Java or Kotlin software using CI/CD and TDD practices.
• Design and build self-testing, cloud-native applications with AWS services.
• Implement user-focused functionality across UI, business logic, and data processing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and systems analysts to define business requirements.
• Write technical documentation, including design documents, user guides, and API specifications.
• Conduct code and design reviews and provide feedback to improve software quality and performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with Java or Kotlin.
• English at B1 level or higher.
• Solid knowledge of the Test Pyramid and TDD.
• Experience with AI tools and LLMs, commercial or personal, and interest in using them in development.
• Strong algorithm and software design skills.
• Experience implementing new engineering practices within development teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with TBD, ReactJS, or AWS.
