Data Scientist (AI)

Location: Stockholm, Sweden; 5 days in the office

What you will do

• Work with large datasets to build models, data pipelines, and AI-powered systems.
• Build AI agents and agentic workflows using multiple LLM providers.
• Prototype quickly and iterate using classroom feedback and measurable impact.
• Deploy, monitor, and continuously improve models in production for quality, speed, and reliability.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to define and deliver AI improvements for education.
• Use AI to scale the product and business while taking ownership of projects from research through production.

Requirements

• Strong coding and technical skills enabling hands-on product development.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for development, including vibe coding.
• Strong interest in AI and willingness to experiment with the latest releases.
• Ability to drive projects to completion in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Fluent English required.

Hiring process

• Call with the Hiring Manager.
• First interview with the Hiring Manager and a People team member.
• Second interview with the Hiring Manager and a Magma team member, followed by a third interview with the CPO and a Magma team member.
