Network Planning Analyst

What you will do

• Provide operational coordination and support for the Network Planning team.
• Coordinate tasks, information, deliverables and status updates across internal teams and external suppliers.
• Maintain project trackers, Jira tickets, Confluence pages and technical, operational and process documentation.
• Collect, analyse and validate data across systems, portals and management platforms, identifying discrepancies and producing reliable reports.
• Coordinate network-related orders, fulfilment activities and supplier contract renewals with Procurement, Vendor Management and external vendors.
• Identify improvements to processes, reporting, documentation and ways of working through data, technology and AI-enabled tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project support, team coordination, sourcing, procurement, data intelligence or a similar role.
• Experience in a technology, telecommunications, ICT, cloud or other technically focused organisation.
• Highly proficient in Jira and Confluence.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint, with familiarity with Google Workspace.
• Experience analysing and validating data, creating reports and maintaining technical, operational or process documentation.
• Strong organisation, stakeholder management, problem-solving, autonomy and attention to detail.
