Customer Insights Analyst (Banking)

What you will do

• Partner with stakeholders to define analytical approaches and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Develop customer and digital engagement analytics, forecasthirify.global, and behavioural models.
• Own the analytics lifecycle from requirements gatherhirify.global and data sourchirify.global through modellhirify.global, reporthirify.global, and continuous improvement.
• Create dashboards, visualisations, and presentations for senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Analyse customer behaviour across mobile and web channels, includhirify.global feature adoption, interaction patterns, and channel usage trends.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Analytics, Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in a business or operational environment, includhirify.global 2 or more years in analytics, metrics, reporthirify.global, modellhirify.global, or insights-focused roles.
• Strong capability in SQL, SAS, Python, or similar data analysis tools.
• Experience with Tableau or another data visualisation platform.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solvhirify.global, influenchirify.global, and independent workhirify.global skills.
• Experience in bankhirify.global, financial services, customer analytics, markethirify.global analytics, campaign optimisation, customer lifecycle management, or digital engagement analysis is valued.
