TL;DR
Senior Technical Analyst (Laboratory Systems) (Pharmaceutical R&D laboratory systems): Supporting the configuration, validation, deployment, and operation of laboratory instrument data acquisition systems with an accent on AWS infrastructure, instrument integrations, and GxP compliance. Focus on developing IQ/OQ and UAT test scripts, coordinating releases and migrations, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and maintaining regulated SDLC documentation.

What you will do
- Support the design, configuration, deployment, and ongoing operation of laboratory instrument data acquisition systems.
- Configure and manage on-premises and AWS cloud resources for laboratory applications and business workflows.
- Coordinate infrastructure, software deployment, migration, release, validation, and production activities with cross-functional teams.
- Develop, execute, and maintain IQ/OQ, UAT, and other validation test scripts.
- Troubleshoot laboratory software, infrastructure, and instrument connectivity issues.
- Provide technical documentation, user guidance, training, and ongoing application support.
Requirements
- Experience supporting laboratory instrument data acquisition software in pharmaceutical or life sciences environments.
- Strong experience with Microsoft technologies, AWS cloud services, chromatography data systems, and laboratory instrument integrations.
- Experience supporting laboratory systems in GxP and non-GxP environments and working with regulated system deployments.
- Hands-on experience with software lifecycle management, validation, IQ/OQ, and UAT test scripts.
- Experience coordinating technical activities across stakeholders and project teams, including leading or mentoring small technical teams.
- Fluent English required.
Nice to have
- Experience with Agilent OpenLAB CDS or similar laboratory informatics platforms.
- Experience with Confluence, Jira, Xray/Vera, and ServiceNow.
- Experience delivering technical training and creating user documentation.
- Knowledge of laboratory validation, SDLC, and computerized system compliance.
- Experience working in Agile or global delivery environments.
