What you will do

• Develop and continuously improve scalable enterprise data protection capabilities, including data discovery, classification, and handling practices.
• Implement sensitivity labeling, classification taxonomies, and data handling frameworks for structured and unstructured data.
• Enable AI-based agents, workflow automation, analytics, and enterprise-scale technical controls.
• Build metrics, dashboards, executive-ready reports, and automation to monitor data protection and classification effectiveness.
• Translate requirements from Legal, Information Security, business stakeholders, data owners, and compliance teams into practical controls and operating models.
• Support user education, change management, and adoption of data classification and handling policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in program management, risk management, information management, data governance, information security, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of relevant experience in data governance, data protection, cybersecurity, technical program management, data management, or a related area.
• Experience with enterprise data protection, data classification, sensitivity labeling, information protection, or data governance programs.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, data visualization, dashboarding, and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into practical program plans, operational processes, and executive-level insights.
• Travel is required approximately 10% of the time; the role is not relocation eligible.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a related field.
• Experience with Congruity 360, Microsoft Purview, or similar tools.
• Programming, scripting, automation, analytics, or technical implementation experience.
