Private Client US / UK Tax - Associate (US/UK Tax)

Location: London, United Kingdom; office location at Gresham Street. Hybrid working model, role dependent.

What you will do

• Prepare US and UK tax returns for a diverse private client portfolio.
• Assist managers with tax planning and advisory services tailored to individual client circumstances.
• Advise US-connected individuals and businesses on cross-border US and UK tax matters.
• Build and maintain client relationships through clear communication and high-quality service.
• Monitor changes in US and UK tax legislation and support complex compliance work.
• Support the management team in developing the US/UK tax team and identifying business opportunities.

Requirements

• Relevant experience gained within a professional services firm.
• Sound knowledge of private client tax issues, including experience advising US clients and non-domiciled individuals.
• In-depth knowledge of US and UK individual tax laws and regulations.
• Demonstrable experience managing complex tax compliance issues.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• US Enrolled Agent qualification and ATT qualification, or active study toward either qualification.
