What you will do

• Support the fixed income trading desk and maintain efficient daily trading operations.
• Monitor trade lifecycle events, including trade capture, confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation.
• Develop and maintain automated tools and scripts using VBA, Python, and SQL.
• Collaborate with traders, risk management, and back-office teams to resolve trade issues and discrepancies.
• Perform daily P&L reconciliation and reporting in line with internal and regulatory standards.
• Review trading workflows, implement process improvements, and maintain operational risk controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in middle office or trading support within fixed income.
• Strong proficiency in VBA, Python, and SQL.
• In-depth knowledge of fixed income products, trade lifecycle processes, and market conventions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Visa sponsorship for work authorization is not available now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Experience with trading systems and platforms such as Bloomberg or Tradeweb.
