What you will do
- Manage infrastructure inventory across the APAC region in collaboration with global and local infrastructure teams.
- Maintain accurate records for servers, storage, network devices, software licenses, and office technology assets.
- Coordinate secure and timely delivery of technology assets to data centers, vendors, partners, and local smart hands providers.
- Develop inventory reports and dashboards covering asset usage, availability, and demand.
- Investigate discrepancies, organize annual stock takes, and track and tag hardware assets.
- Build workflows for asset requests, fulfillment, approvals, recycling, budget forecasting, and cost tracking.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience in inventory management, logistics, stockroom operations, technical retail, manufacturing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in international logistics, including shipping processes and customs documentation.
- Experience with IT asset management, infrastructure management, or similar functions.
- Proficiency with ticketing systems such as Jira and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel functions including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
- Analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel 2–3 times per year for inventory stock takes and lift boxes weighing up to 20 kilograms.
Nice to have
- Experience with inventory management software such as Great Plains or ReQlogic.
- Experience with IT assets from Arista, Cisco, or Dell.
