Senior Graphic Design Specialist (AI)

Location: Moscow, Russia; hybrid schedule. Candidates must be based in Moscow or ready to relocate to Moscow with company support.

Salary: from 155,000 RUB gross per month. Flex4Me benefit: 10,000 RUB gross per month.

What you will do

• Develop creative concepts for marketplace advertising materials within brand guidelines.
• Create product cards, banners, rich content, and brand zones for Wildberries and Ozon.
• Prepare technical briefs for agencies and control the quality and timely delivery of scaled creatives.
• Analyze CTR, CR, competitor content, and market trends to improve creative performance.
• Collaborate with multifunctional P&G teams and take responsibility for conversion results.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of practical experience creating marketplace content for Wildberries and Ozon.
• A portfolio of self-created product cards and brand zones for marketplaces.
• At least 1 year of experience with A/B testing and analyzing the impact of creatives on CTR and CR.
• At least 1 year of experience using neural networks and AI tools to create product card designs.
• Professional proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Canva; basic knowledge of CapCut or Videoleap.
• Higher education, knowledge of marketplace design requirements, structured technical briefing skills, creativity, discipline, and accountability.
• English proficiency at A2 level or higher and availability for a full-time, 40-hour work schedule.
