Offensive Security Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Develop AI-assisted applications for reconnaissance, vulnerability identification, exploit chaining, payload generation, and post-exploitation simulation.
• Integrate large language models and machine learning into red team pipelines.
• Build tooling that emulates attacker behavior using the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
• Orchestrate multi-stage attack simulations across on-premises, cloud, and containerized infrastructure.
• Build data pipelines using security telemetry, scan results, and threat intelligence feeds to prioritize automated testing campaigns.
• Deploy and maintain advanced enterprise-wide cybersecurity solutions within the Core Cybersecurity team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of cybersecurity or related experience focused on security tooling, automation platforms, or AI/ML-integrated applications.
• Strong software development skills with Python, PowerShell, and related languages.
• Experience with red team methodologies, MITRE ATT&CK, security controls, and attacker techniques.
• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs through APIs, including prompt engineering, tool use, and agentic workflow design.
• Must have the right to work in the United States without current or future hirify.global immigration sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI agentic development, vulnerability management, and remediation.
• Enterprise-scale red team or purple team experience.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
• CISSP, CISM, OSCP, or similar certifications.
