Frontend Developer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Build user interfaces using HTML, CSS, React JS, and React Native.
• Develop components with Typescript and maintain unit, component, and end-to-end tests.
• Integrate AI/ML APIs such as OpenAI and recommendation engines into frontend applications.
• Apply UX/UI design principles including user-centered and responsive design.
• Implement frontend architecture patterns like component-driven design and micro-frontends.
• Optimize performance, code splitting, and build scalable, maintainable codebases.

Requirements

• Location: Remote from Colombia
• Experience with React, React Native, Typescript, HTML, and CSS.
• Understanding of AI/ML API integration in frontend.
• Good grasp of UX/UI design principles.
• Ability to write and maintain reliable tests.
• Strong communication skills and adaptability in a dynamic startup environment.

Hiring process

• People Interview (30 min) with recruiter.
• Initial Interview (45-60 min) with engineering manager including system design.
• Take Home Challenge (1 week) to demonstrate coding skills.
• Deep Dive Interviews (60 min each) with team members.
• Final interview with Co-Founder for cultural fit and expectations alignment.
