Freelancer - Creative Producer

Location: Poland; hybrid work with 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Develop and prioritize creative concepts based on performance signals and market insights.
• Translate insights into scripts and clear creative briefs.
• Partner with user acquisition specialists to test creatives and evaluate performance.
• Identify winning concepts and scale them through structured iteration.
• Collaborate with creators, partnership managers, motion designers, video editors, and the brand team.
• Continuously improve creative output based on results and platform dynamics.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in UGC production or performance creative.
• Strong experience with TikTok, Meta, and short-form video production.
• Solid understanding of creative testing and iteration at scale.
• Experience working with creators, influencers, or UGC pipelines.
• Ability to produce high volumes of quality content and translate insights into scripts and briefs.
• Fluent English and proven experience creating content for US audiences; candidates must be based in Poland.
