Graphic Designer

Location: Remote from Ukraine; Kyiv

hirify.global is building a global payments orchestration platform that provides financial infrastructure for internet companies.

What you will do

• Create visual concepts and key visuals for brand and marketing campaigns.
• Design assets for social media, websites, landing pages, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Develop materials for conferences, events, branded spaces, merchandise, and print.
• Adapt concepts across formats while maintaining consistency with the existing brand system.
• Help internal teams communicate ideas through clear, well-designed visuals.
• Contribute to the development of the visual identity and use generative AI for research, prototyping, and content creation when useful.

Requirements

• Experience in graphic, brand, or communication design.
• A portfolio demonstrating typography, layout, visual concepts, and work across different formats.
• Strong understanding of composition, hierarchy, color, and visual storytelling.
• Confident use of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience producing both digital and offline materials.
• Ability to understand a brief, identify the communication goal, and develop a clear visual solution.

Nice to have

• Experience in a creative or branding agency.
• Practical experience with generative AI for image creation, visual research, or concept development.
• Motion design or animation skills with After Effects or similar tools.
• Video editing skills and experience with AI video tools such as Runway, Kling, or Sora.
