Mockup Design Team Manager (3D)

Location: United Kingdom; fully remote within Europe. An office option is available in Riga.

Salary: €3,000–€3,500 gross per month, depending on experience, education, and skills.

What you will do

• Lead the 3D mockup production operation through three Design Team Leads and thirteen 3D designers.
• Identify production bottlenecks and implement streamlined workflows, automation, and operational improvements.
• Translate customer feedback, e-commerce trends, and usage patterns into high-performing visual assets.
• Monitor production metrics and asset performance to improve efficiency, quality, conversion, and reprint rates.
• Evaluate practical AI tools, plan capacity, allocate resources, and prioritize high-value initiatives.
• Coach Design Team Leads and strengthen collaboration across design, product, operations, and other functions.

Requirements

• Experience leading, managing, and developing technical, creative, 3D design, or comparable specialist teams.
• Experience in a platform, SaaS, e-commerce, or similarly scalable technology environment.
• Experience with process optimization, workflow automation, and operational improvements.
• Practical understanding of AI and emerging technologies that can improve design productivity.
• Strong analytical, capacity-planning, resource-allocation, people-management, coaching, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Customer- and merchant-centric approach with experience connecting creative production to measurable business outcomes.
