Mockup Design Team Manager (Europe)

Location: Remote within Europe, with the option to work from a modern office in Riga.

Salary: €3,000–€3,500 gross per month, depending on experience, education, and skills.

What you will do

• Lead three Design Team Leads and an overall team of thirteen 3D designers.
• Identify production bottlenecks and introduce streamlined workflows and automations.
• Align visual asset production with merchant feedback, e-commerce trends, and platform usage patterns.
• Evaluate practical AI tools and support their adoption in daily design workflows.
• Manage capacity planning, resource allocation, production metrics, and initiative prioritization.
• Coach Design Team Leads on merchant centricity, operational efficiency, team development, and leadership performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading and developing technical, creative, or 3D design teams.
• Experience in a platform environment, SaaS business model, or e-commerce.
• Understanding of how creative and technical operations support scaling product ecosystems.
• Comfort introducing workflow automation and streamlined operational processes.
• Familiarity with emerging AI capabilities in design and practical productivity applications.
• Ability to use capacity data and operational metrics for scheduling and resource allocation.
