Tasks:
- Build and evolve real-time cross-selling platform
- Own backend for user-facing apps via gRPC microservices
- Design and maintain REST / gRPC APIs and integrations
- Manage transactional data in PostgreSQL (policies, claims)
- Implement event-driven workflows with RabbitMQ or Kafka
- Write tests and join reviews, monitoring via Grafana / Prometheus

Requirements:
- 5+ years dev experience, 3+ years in Go
- Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong concurrency, microservices, containerization
- AI implementation and configuration experience
- PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ / Kafka, REST API design
- Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, Agile / Scrum, English B2+
