QA Automation Trainee

Location: Applicants must be residents of Kazakhstan. Candidates from Almaty attend in-office; participants from Astana can join online.

Salary: from 300,000 KZT per month before taxes

Andersen is an international IT outsourcing company that develops digital products for clients worldwide.

What you will do

• Build QA Automation skills through a four-month traineeship.
• Complete hands-on training projects under the guidance of experienced specialists.
• Apply automation testing approaches and tools used in commercial software projects.
• Progress toward joining a commercial project after successful completion of the program.
• Participate in technical reviews and receive guidance from mentors and a personal coordinator.

Requirements

• English at Intermediate level or higher for verbal communication.
• Experience in Manual QA or successful completion of manual testing courses.
• Basic knowledge of automation testing tools.
• Programming experience in Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#.
• Strong motivation to learn and continuously develop technical skills.
• Residents of Kazakhstan are eligible; Almaty participants attend in-office, while Astana participants join online.

Nice to have

• German at Intermediate level or higher.
• Experience writing automated tests.
• Understanding of CI/CD and software development processes.
• Participation in educational or pet projects.
