TL;DR
Senior Data Analyst (eSIM/VPN): Building analytical infrastructure, product metrics, and predictive models for eSIM and VPN connectivity products with an accent on data pipelines, unit economics, LTV modeling, and product and marketing analytics. Focus on designing A/B experiments, forecasting revenue and retention, and identifying growth opportunities across the user lifecycle.
Location: Minsk, Belarus; hybrid setup with 4 days in the office and 1 remote day, or remote work from other locations

What you will do
- Implement storage systems, ETL/ELT processes, BI solutions, and data quality controls.
- Build analytical infrastructure by integrating mobile app, MMP, web, payment, API, and external-system data.
- Develop unit economics, CAC–LTV, revenue, conversion, retention, and scenario models.
- Design and analyze product and marketing A/B tests, including statistical significance and result forecasting tools.
- Analyze feature usage, retention, churn, acquisition channels, and marketing funnels.
- Generate and test hypotheses to improve conversion and monetization across the user lifecycle.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of relevant experience.
- Advanced SQL, Python, and experience with BI systems.
- Experience building predictive models and applying ML approaches.
- Practical experience designing analytical infrastructure and maintaining data pipelines.
- Experience integrating data sources and working with APIs and external systems.
- English at B1+ level, both spoken and written.
Nice to have
- Experience with mobile subscription and transactional products, especially VPN, eSIM, or travel products.
- Experience with MMPs and mobile trackers.
- Knowledge of product metrics, ROI, ARPU, and related business metrics.
