What you will do
- Manage daily accounting operations, bank reconciliations, and vendor payment processing.
- Prepare and reconcile financial statements, including income statements, cash flow, and general ledgers.
- Execute month-end and year-end closing processes and liaise with auditors for financial audits.
- Oversee day-to-day office functions, including facilities management, security, and administration.
- Handle payroll data management, personnel files, and operational support for recruitment and onboarding.
- Prepare and submit government statistic surveys and ensure compliance with corporate and statutory policies.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of professional experience in Finance.
- Certified Chartered Accountant (CA), with a strong preference for ACCA or CPA.
- Working knowledge of Taiwan accounting standards and IFRS.
- Familiarity with Taiwan labor contract law, trade union law, and related regulations.
- Strong professional ethics, honesty, and a commitment to law compliance.
- Experience with Big 4 accounting firms is preferred.
