What you will do
- Conduct descriptive analyses of game performance and player behavior.
- Produce reports with actionable insights and recommendations for product improvement.
- Use player data to inform new game features and measure their success.
- Define game data collection requirements and ensure data quality.
- Design and report A/B tests focused on improving player experience.
- Drive game analytics processes and projects while collaborating with Product, Development, and Marketing teams.
Requirements
- Degree in a relevant subject or equivalent professional experience with an analytical background.
- Comfortable using SQL to retrieve and manipulate data.
- Proficiency in a programming language, preferably Python.
- Strong statistical and data visualization skills; Tableau experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with LLM tools, data orchestration tools such as Airflow or Dagster, and data modeling concepts.
- Very good written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate insights and present data-driven recommendations clearly.
