Analytics & Insights Partner

Location: Istanbul, Turkey. Hybrid working arrangement with 3 days per week in the office and 2 days from home. No relocation or visa support is offered.

What you will do

• Advise the TURCAT business unit leadership team through tailored analytics and performance insights.
• Analyse pricing, promotions, product mix, industry data, and shopper data to identify growth opportunities and risks.
• Develop forecasting tools, apply statistical modelling, and support commercial decision-making.
• Build and maintain regional performance reporting and self-service data capabilities.
• Lead ad hoc analyses, test-and-learn experiments, and result analysis with minimal guidance.
• Translate complex findings into clear narratives and collaborate with marketing, sales, finance, and operations.

Requirements

• Experience in advanced analytics or commercial insights, preferably in consumer goods, retail, or consultancy.
• Intermediate expertise in SQL, Python, Snowflake, and Databricks.
• Proficiency in data modelling, exploratory analysis, statistical techniques, and forecasting.
• Strong understanding of market trends, performance drivers, and consumer behaviour.
• Ability to present actionable insights to diverse audiences and influence business decisions.
• Ability to manage independent, cross-functional analytical projects.
