Trainee, Business Development (Commercial Analytics)

What you will do

• Support analytics-related tasks and projects within the Global Commercial Excellence team.
• Help develop and deliver commercial analytics solutions to improve business performance.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and insights for global stakeholders.
• Collaborate with functions and regions in an international environment.
• Contribute to hirify.global’s commercial transformation and customer success initiatives.

Requirements

• Ongoing or recently completed master-level studies in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong interest in commercial analytics, sales development, or pricing analytics in a B2B industrial environment.
• Strong Excel skills and relevant experience with data analytics tools such as Python, Power BI, or SQL.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous analytics experience is an advantage.
