IT Security & Identity Engineer (m/w/d)

Location: Fernitz bei Graz, Austria; flexible hybrid work schedule with home office options.

Salary: Minimum EUR 3,267 gross per month for full-time employment, with willingness to pay more based on qualifications.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and improve Identity and Access Management services across hybrid and cloud environments.
• Manage the Joiner, Mover, Leaver identity lifecycle, including provisioning, access changes, and revocation.
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory, including authentication methods, roles, groups, and identity governance.
• Deploy and optimize SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, passwordless authentication, PIM, and PAM controls.
• Integrate enterprise and SaaS applications using SAML, OAuth2, and OpenID Connect while supporting Azure, Microsoft 365, and Zero Trust projects.
• Investigate identity incidents, assess vulnerabilities and attack paths, coordinate remediation, and automate operations with PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and Python.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT Security, Identity and Access Management, or Security Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and hybrid identity architectures.
• Strong knowledge of SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, LDAP, Kerberos, Conditional Access, MFA, Azure, Microsoft 365, and Zero Trust principles.
• PowerShell scripting skills and the ability to translate business requirements into secure technical solutions.
• Effective communication and documentation skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Python or Microsoft Graph API experience.
• SC-300, AZ-500, SC-100, or CompTIA Security+ certification.
