Senior GenAI Specialist

Location: Ballerup, Denmark; hybrid setup with fixed team days onsite. Business travel of approximately 2–10 days per year is expected, including visits to Nordic markets and occasional travel to Kuala Lumpur.

What you will do

• Design and build production-grade agentic workflows with tool and API use, orchestration, context management, grounding, guardrails, and safe fallback or handover paths.
• Integrate AI systems with internal APIs, data sources, and customer journeys.
• Build reliable data-ingestion, retrieval, and grounding pipelines for relevant and personalized customer support.
• Establish evaluation, testing, monitoring, tracing, and observability practices for quality, safety, task completion, latency, cost, and failure modes.
• Set technical direction and make architectural decisions across models, frameworks, data, security, reliability, and platform design.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders while sharing knowledge and raising technical standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience building and deploying LLM-powered or agentic systems in production.
• Senior hands-on Python engineering experience, including tool use, orchestration, routing, state management, guardrails, agent harnesses, and human-in-the-loop flows.
• Experience with production APIs, internal data, RAG, retrieval pipelines, embeddings, vector search, and grounding strategies.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Databricks, and production data platforms.
• Experience designing AI evaluations, test suites, quality metrics, feedback loops, production monitoring, and incident analysis.
• Strong software engineering and cloud practices, including Azure, CI/CD, IaC, Git, security, and reliable API design, plus clear technical communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, Langfuse, LangSmith, or comparable tools.
