Senior Power Platform Developer (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

What you will do

• Develop and customize Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Apps solutions.
• Design solution architectures and provide consulting for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform implementations.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with Microsoft, third-party, and other external systems.
• Contribute to solution quality, migrations, and scalable enterprise business solutions.
• Potentially lead and mentor a technical development team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, with 5+ years of software development experience, or equivalent background.
• At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement, including configuration, customization, and solution design.
• At least 3 years of experience with cloud and hybrid/on-premise infrastructure, architecture design, and migrations.
• Strong knowledge of Azure, Microsoft cloud technologies, Power Platform, Dataverse, Power Automate, Microsoft Lifecycle Services, and Data Migration Framework.
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 CE with Microsoft and third-party applications.
• Strong development skills in C# and JavaScript, analytical abilities, and leadership experience managing or mentoring technical teams.

Nice to have

• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform.
• Pre-sales experience.
• Power BI knowledge.
