Senior 1C Developer (ERP)

Location: Remote or onsite in Almaty, Astana, Belgrade, Cluj-Napoca, Dnipro, Kharkiv, Krakow, Kyiv, Larnaca, Lodz, Lublin, Lviv, Monterrey, Montevideo, Odesa, Riga, Rosario, Sofia, Tbilisi, Varna, Warsaw, Wroclaw, or Yerevan; remote work is also available from Argentina, Brazil, Bulgaria, Colombia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, and Poland.

What you will do

• Investigate and resolve runtime errors, session interruptions, remote access issues, and other ERP stability problems.
• Fix functional defects across goods receipt and issue flows, sales opportunity search, access rights, and core ERP processes.
• Adjust tax calculation logic and localize the system for fiscal and regulatory requirements.
• Improve reporting with the Data Composition System and develop clear management reports.
• Configure CRM functionality, including opportunity pipelines, proposals, and customer data management.
• Design integrations with banking systems, fiscal services, and accounting structures while managing backlog priorities and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience working with 1C ERP solutions.
• Strong 1C BSL development skills and experience with 1C:Enterprise ERP World Edition or international deployments.
• Experience with the Data Composition System, reporting, access rights, and subsystem configuration.
• Experience building REST, SOAP, or file-based integrations.
• Understanding of client-server environments, RDP access, and ERP performance and stability diagnostics.
• Working-level English is required for documentation and communication.

Nice to have

• Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
• Portuguese or Spanish language skills.
• Understanding of Brazilian tax and fiscal requirements, including ICMS, NF-e, and SPED.
• CRM configuration experience and knowledge of multi-entity accounting systems.
