What you will do
- Plan preventive maintenance activities for site equipment.
- Monitor and analyze preventive maintenance performance.
- Analyze corrective maintenance activities and improve maintenance procedures.
- Manage spare parts and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance costs.
- Plan and coordinate equipment modernization projects.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in technical science.
- Proficiency in Croatian and English.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a strong team-oriented approach.
- Adaptable, systematic, and punctual working style.
