Product Content Specialist (Fintech): Managing and maintaining structured product, offer, campaign, and rewards content for personal finance products in CMS and user-facing pages with an accent on content accuracy, configuration quality, and cross-functional delivery. Focus on validating frontend mappings and CTA behavior, configuring reward logic and eligibility criteria, and supporting CMS migrations and content-impacting technical changes.

What you will do
- Manage product, offer, and campaign configurations in Strapi for the market.
- Structure and map content to frontend components, validating CTA behavior, labels, and product attributes.
- Audit content for outdated, incorrect, or misconfigured information and support CMS migrations and content model updates.
- Set up reward forms, offers, eligibility criteria, promotional messaging, and transactional communication flows in Rewards Gateway.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Campaigns, Commercial, SEO, Analytics, and Business Analysis teams on content requirements, provider requests, tracking, and attribution.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of writing experience.
- Fluency in Traditional Chinese for reading, writing, and speaking, with the ability to manage market content in Traditional Chinese.
- Strong English proficiency required for cross-functional collaboration and accurate writing.
- Hands-on experience with a content management system such as WordPress, HubSpot, Contentstack, or Strapi; Strapi experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, prioritization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment and complete assigned tasks.
Nice to have
- Interest in personal finance and familiarity with financial products in the market.
- Knowledge of UI/UX writing.
- Experience with content QA or CMS migrations.
- Familiarity with Google Optimize.
