Senior AI Product Manager, Tech, Seller Compliance (AI)

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI products supporting seller compliance.
• Identify high-impact opportunities and launch AI-powered solutions that reduce seller friction and improve decision quality.
• Partner with data science and engineering teams to design, build, and scale machine learning and LLM-based solutions.
• Define technical requirements, success metrics, guardrails, and experimentation plans for AI features and workflows.
• Lead end-to-end execution, continuous optimization, and reliable delivery of major product initiatives.
• Align product, technology, operations, legal, compliance, external partners, and senior leadership across China and global teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience developing and delivering product and technical roadmaps with end-to-end ownership of major deliverables.
• Knowledge of machine learning and large language model fundamentals, with experience working with AI/ML teams.
• Ability to communicate complex technical topics to technical and non-technical audiences, including executives.
• Fluency in both Chinese and English is essential.

• Experience launching and managing AI products at scale in production.
• Experience influencing senior leadership in large, complex organizations.
• Experience working across global, cross-functional teams.
• Master’s degree, MBA, or equivalent advanced degree.
• Retail or e-commerce experience, particularly in global or cross-border environments.
