Web Developer III (HTML/Java)

What you will do

• Build, deploy, and maintain complex web pages and scalable website architecture.
• Develop strategies to improve site navigation, user experience, accessibility, and performance.
• Provide advanced technical consultation to web content developers.
• Perform technical site maintenance and troubleshoot animation, SEO, link integrity, navigation, browser compatibility, and graphic performance issues.
• Help establish functionality and navigation testing standards.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for web systems and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 4–7 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• In-depth knowledge of web development activities, techniques, and tools.
• Proficiency in HTML, Java, GIF, animation, browser technologies, and GUI design applications.
• Knowledge of 508 Compliance.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required customer clearance for access to systems, facilities, equipment, and property.
• Certification levels required by contract guidelines.
