Senior Validation Specialist (Pharmaceutical Validation)

What you will do

• Review and approve validation activities for site systems, equipment, processes, projects, and change requests.
• Author, review, and approve IQ, OQ, and PQ protocols and protocol data.
• Support protocol development, deviation investigations, non-conformities, and validation failure investigations.
• Apply root cause analysis and identify process improvements before equipment, systems, or processes enter change control.
• Manage Annual Product Reviews and coordinate data collection across departments.
• Communicate validation requirements, track documentation, and support audits, inspections, engineering, R&D, and project teams.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Chemistry, Engineering, or a relevant field with 8 years of related experience.
• MA/MS in Chemistry, Engineering, or a relevant field with 6 years of related experience.
• PhD in Chemistry, Engineering, or a relevant field with 4 years of related experience.
• Experience in validation, quality-related disciplines, or drug development with emphasis on equipment qualification.
• Technical writing and critical-thinking skills.
• Safety awareness and safe work practices.
