TL;DR
NetSuite Administrator (AI Software): Administering and enhancing Sonar’s NetSuite instance and finance-related applications with an accent on SuiteScript development, integrations, data quality, and IT general controls. Focus on designing scalable ERP configurations, building API integrations, executing data migrations, and ensuring secure, compliant system operations.
Location: Geneva, Switzerland; on-site. Candidates must be genuinely based in Geneva for the role. Relocation support is available for the right person. Three anchor office days are Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

What you will do
- Administer, configure, secure, and maintain the NetSuite instance and related systems.
- Manage users, roles, permissions, access, change management, and ITIL-based processes.
- Translate Finance and Accounting requirements into scalable NetSuite configurations and enhancements.
- Design and maintain custom solutions using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk.
- Develop API integrations, workflows, automation scripts, dashboards, and reports.
- Lead data migrations, testing, troubleshooting, end-user training, documentation, and ITGC gap assessments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience administering NetSuite and supporting Finance and Accounting applications.
- Strong knowledge of NetSuite modules and their integration with business processes.
- Experience with SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.0, JavaScript, RESTlet, and SOAP APIs.
- NetSuite Administrator Certification is required.
- Experience implementing IT general controls for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, plus strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Experience integrating NetSuite with Salesforce CPQ, Pigment, Aptitude, Stripe, or procurement tools.
