Media Buyer (Fintech)

Location: Remote, Europe only

Performance-media operations across gaming and finance, including a financial-intelligence platform for retail traders launching in Gulf and European markets.

What you will do

• Plan, launch, and scale paid lead-generation campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Taboola, and Outbrain.
• Build and manage the end-to-end tracking and cloaking stack using Keitaro or an equivalent tracker, including landers, routing, macros, filters, and traffic distribution.
• Connect tracker, CRM, pixels, and server-side events to measure lead statuses and downstream conversions.
• Optimize funnels toward qualified leads and deposits using Conversion API events, conversion-lead optimization, and value-based lookalikes.
• Own instant-form and landing-page decisions, funnel structure, and testing of angles, creatives, and forms.
• Monitor performance metrics and maintain compliant, healthy advertising accounts in regulated financial verticals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of media-buying experience in financial or other high-risk verticals such as capital markets, forex/CFD, crypto, or comparable regulated sectors.
• Hands-on experience with Keitaro, Binom, RedTrack, or Voluum, including landers, campaigns, macros, filters, and traffic routing.
• Experience managing tracker-to-CRM-to-pixel/CAPI pipelines, postbacks, lead statuses, and server-side events.
• Proven ability to optimize for lead quality and downstream conversion events rather than low-cost form submissions.
• Experience with ad-account compliance, advertiser or business verification, platform certification, and creative reviews.
• Ability to diagnose performance data independently and act without close supervision.

Nice to have

• Meta Conversions API and server-side tracking experience.
• Automation experience with Make, Integromat, or Zapier.
• Broker or affiliate ecosystem experience, including offers, payouts, and postbacks.
• Experience with Microsoft Clarity, PostHog, email, and deliverability.
• Experience advertising regulated or Shariah-compliant financial products.
