What you will do
- Analyze performance across a portfolio of gaming brands and lead initiatives that improve growth and efficiency.
- Transform commercial data into trends, opportunities, and recommendations that shape business strategy.
- Design and maintain KPI dashboards using Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or equivalent tools.
- Build analytical best-practice frameworks, standardize processes, and promote knowledge sharing.
- Partner with marketing, product, and operations to align brand strategies with company goals.
- Present clear, actionable data narratives to senior leadership and evaluate new analytical methods and technologies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a commercial or business analyst role, using data to shape strategy.
- Strong hands-on SQL skills and proficiency with at least one major data visualization platform: Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Experience building and embedding knowledge-sharing or best-practice frameworks within a team.
- Solid understanding of the gaming industry, consumer behavior, market dynamics, and free-to-play or social casino metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive summaries and presentations to senior leadership.
- Proactive, solutions-focused approach in a fast-moving, performance-oriented environment.
Nice to have
- Python or a similar programming language for deeper analytical work.
- Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, or predictive analytics.
- Experience applying advanced analytical frameworks or emerging technologies to commercial problems.
