is hiring a Business Systems Analyst within its Information Technology Department to connect end users with developers of systems, applications, and processes.
What you will do
- Perform business analysis and engage with business process owners.
- Identify gaps in current processes and recommend improvements and opportunities.
- Analyze, document, and test new developments, process flows, and specifications.
- Provide training and support to end users on business systems.
- Act as the main point of contact between users and vendors or internal developers.
- Support software quality and security audits, policy alignment, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications, particularly SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of ERP, CRM, or other business solutions.
- Understanding of project management and IT business solutions.
- Knowledge of software testing methods.
- Logical problem-solving skills and patience when supporting and training others.
