Junior Business Systems Analyst (Business Systems): Acting as an interface between end users and developers while analyzing and improving business processes with an accent on requirements documentation, user support, and software quality. Focus on identifying process gaps, testing new developments, coordinating with vendors, and auditing software quality and security.
Location: Zejtun, Malta (Hybrid)

What you will do
- Act as the interface between end users and developers of systems, applications, and processes.
- Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and suggest improvements and opportunities.
- Document and analyze new developments, process flows, and specifications to recommend effective solutions.
- Provide training and support to end users on business systems.
- Coordinate with vendors or internal developers as the main contact between users and technical providers.
- Perform software quality and security audits and support continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications, particularly SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of ERP, CRM, or other business solutions.
- Understanding of project management and IT business solutions.
- Knowledge of software testing methods.
