Android Developer (Kotlin) (Fintech)

Location: Minsk, Belarus. Work options include onsite, remote, or hybrid.

What you will do

• Develop and enhance products for a mobile banking application serving business clients.
• Optimize application performance and integrate external APIs.
• Test, document, and review code.
• Participate in architectural decisions and take ownership of technical tasks.
• Decompose tasks, estimate effort, participate in planning, and collaborate within an Agile/Scrum team.
• Mentor colleagues and continuously develop technical expertise.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of mobile development experience and at least 2 years of banking or fintech experience.
• Advanced Kotlin knowledge.
• Experience with Clean Architecture, MVI patterns such as Redux or TEA, Coroutines and Flow, and core design patterns.
• Experience building Android UIs with Jetpack Compose.
• Experience with GitLab CI and mobile application performance optimization.
• Intermediate English or higher, plus teamwork, Agile/Scrum, initiative, and the ability to propose and lead technical decisions.

• Experience working with leaders in fintech, healthcare, retail, telecom, or related business domains.
