Quantitative Developer (Python/C++)

Salary: $125,000–$175,000 per year, plus discretionary performance bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain systems, interfaces, and tools supporting portfolio management workflows.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers and developers to translate requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Investigate and resolve issues in existing tools and infrastructure.
• Monitor and support production systems, respond to incidents, and ensure reliability.
• Contribute to code reviews, testing, technical documentation, and improvements to development practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Practical experience with Python and/or C++.
• Working knowledge of Bash scripting, Linux environments, and Git.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking, attention to quality, ownership, and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, learn quickly, and adapt to complex systems and technologies.
• Effective written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Claude or other LLM ecosystems.
• Experience applying LLM tools to problem analysis, debugging, solution design, and documentation.
