IT Support Specialist (On-site)

Location: On-site in Tashkent, Uzbekistan

hirify.global provides QA and game testing services for game development and digital products across mobile, PC, web, SaaS, and enterprise software.

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day technical support for employees, including network infrastructure, systems software, and hardware.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop systems and network issues across Windows, macOS, and other environments.
• Prepare, track, and maintain corporate laptops, desktops, mobile devices, peripherals, and multifunction printers.
• Maintain passwords, data integrity, file system security, and accurate IT asset inventory.
• Recommend hardware and software acquisitions or upgrades.
• Log, escalate, and resolve incidents while participating in IT and infrastructure projects.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of hardware, operating systems, and networking fundamentals.
• Proficiency with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft Azure.
• Experience supporting end users in a help desk environment at L1 level.
• Problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Employment is governed by the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Linux systems.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and IT service management tools.
