Sales Operations Business Partner (Healthcare)

Location: Onsite at the World Headquarters in Overland Park, Kansas, United States; travel up to 20% may be required.

What you will do

• Partner with sales leadership to develop sales programs, action plans, and performance metrics.
• Use Salesforce and related tools to improve sales processes, deal flow, and pipeline growth.
• Guide accurate forecast submissions and improve forecasting tools and methodologies for market-specific needs.
• Implement targeted pipeline generation programs and operational solutions with sales teams.
• Support quota planning, territory and account assignment reviews, compensation plans, campaigns, and incentive programs.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to remove barriers to productivity and improve processes, tools, and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4–6 years of relevant work experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment eligibility verification is required at hire.
• Ability to work additional or irregular hours as needed.
• Ability to follow security policies and safeguard company and client information.
• Ability to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods.
