What you will do
- Write blog articles, website content, social media posts, captions, and campaign copy.
- Create social media visuals, banners, promotional materials, and simple graphic assets using Adobe Illustrator and approved templates.
- Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Respond to social media comments and messages, escalating complex inquiries and complaints when needed.
- Publish content across digital channels, maintain the content calendar, and support marketing campaigns.
- Organize marketing files and monitor recurring community questions or feedback.
Requirements
- Good written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.
- Familiarity with social media platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and receive feedback.
Nice to have
- Degree or ongoing studies in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, or a related field.
