TL;DR
Senior Game Data Analyst (Gaming): Analyzing player behavior, game economies, and product performance to shape data-driven strategies, monetization, and player engagement with an accent on experimentation, applied statistics, and predictive modeling. Focus on designing A/B tests, building churn and LTV models, translating complex data into actionable insights, and mentoring analysts.
Location: Barcelona, Spain; hybrid working with at least 2 days per week in the Barcelona office

is a mobile game studio within the Zynga and Take-Two Interactive family, creating social games including Dragon City, Two Dots, Top Troops, and Monster Legends.
What you will do
- Develop data-driven strategies for mobile games, influencing product roadmaps, features, monetization, and player engagement.
- Analyze player behavior, game economy trends, and product performance with cross-functional game teams.
- Design A/B tests and experimentation frameworks, and build predictive models for churn, LTV, and segmentation.
- Present insights to senior leadership through clear storytelling and dashboards.
- Improve data tools and pipelines while promoting data literacy and experimentation best practices.
- Mentor analysts and help raise analytics standards across the company.
Requirements
- Experience in analytics or data science, ideally in gaming, mobile apps, or digital products.
- Strong experience with A/B testing, causal inference, experimentation design, and applied statistics.
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python for data exploration and analysis.
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders and explain complex data to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model from the Barcelona office at least 2 days per week.
Nice to have
- Experience with Bayesian methods.
- Experience mentoring or leading other analysts.
