Fullstack Developer (Python+React)

Location: Remote from anywhere in the world or from one of the company's offices

What you will do

• Develop and maintain extensions and integrations for Asana, Slack, Jira, Git, and other company-wide tools.
• Consolidate internal scripts and integrations into a coherent automation system.
• Evolve and support internal products, including the employee portal, payroll and compensation tools, and candidate hiring portal.
• Build and maintain video transcription pipelines and candidate scoring functionality.
• Optimize existing solutions and implement new ones across the backend and frontend.
• Participate in architectural decisions and influence the technical and product development of internal systems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on Python development experience and knowledge of the modern backend stack.
• Hands-on React development experience and knowledge of the modern frontend stack.
• Experience developing for Kubernetes and working with cloud vendors, preferably AWS.
• Experience with Python 3+, FastAPI, Django, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, and AWS.
• Active use of AI tools in development and understanding of AI SDLC approaches.
