What you will do

• Support the growth of the affiliate network through outreach to YouTubers, media outlets, influencers, and potential partners.
• Assist with negotiations, affiliate onboarding, and documentation.
• Manage affiliate accounts through regular communication and performance analysis.
• Help create and execute promotional campaigns focused on maximizing ROI.
• Build reports from internal data, optimize affiliate channel performance, and monitor competitor activity.
• Support fraud detection by identifying scams or manipulation within the affiliate network.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of or strong interest in affiliate marketing and business development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including confidence working with media, influencers, and key partners.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Fluent English required for coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Proactive, responsible, eager to learn, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the crypto space.
