AI Compiler and Library Engineer (AI/Deep Learning): Developing and optimizing AI software solutions, including algorithms, frameworks, and AI software architectures, with an accent on model performance, accuracy, and hardware-software integration. Focus on debugging C/C++/Assembly/Java/Python code, working with TensorFlow and PyTorch, and deploying scalable AI solutions.

Location: On-site in Shanghai, China

What you will do

Design, develop, and optimize AI software solutions, including algorithms, frameworks, and AI software architectures.
Work across computer vision, machine learning, and deep learning domains.
Implement and tune AI models for performance and accuracy.
Contribute to applied research and hardware-software integration.
Create and deploy scalable AI solutions with internal product teams and external partners.

Requirements

Undergraduate or graduate student majoring in Computer Science or a related field.
Development and debugging experience in at least one of C, C++, Assembly, Java, or Python.
Familiarity with mainstream deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
Ability to proactively identify and resolve technical problems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Availability for on-site work in Shanghai, China.
